This notice is to advise of infrastructure maintenance that will be performed over the upcoming week. These changes are focused on security and network performance. The work will occur between 12AM and 5AM Eastern on the following dates:
Friday Mar 15 Saturday Mar 16 Sunday Mar 17 Monday Mar 18 Tuesday Mar 19 Wednesday Mar 20 Friday Mar 22 Saturday Mar 23
Description: Network technicians will be performing security and enhancement maintenance on load balancer systems. The original load balancers will be taken off-line first and the replacements will be taken online. The old load balancers must be taken offline first so a minimal interruption will be experienced. IP addresses will not be changed, so once the new load balancers are taken online, service will be restored.
Expected impact ---------------
This maintenance is expected to cause minimal interruption to service, lasting up to 5 minutes. We recommend not scheduling any major tasks for these maintenance periods, for example email campaigns.
